  • 4 Rotis or Parathas
  • 2 Tablespoon oil
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Cucumber (small size)
  • 4 Chili peppers, green or purple
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of shredded carrot
  • 1/2 pound of diced cooked chicken (or tofu for a vegetarian option)

Preparation Step-by-Step

  1. Beat the eggs and add salt or milk if desired. Get ready. Slice all salad ingredients thinly.
  2. Heat oil in a flat frypan.
  3. Pour 1/4 egg mix in and circulate it to make an omelet according to the size of the roti. Place a roti on top and press it softly down before the egg sets. 
  4. Flip the roti and cook it for two seconds when the egg is cooked.
  5. Remove it from the pan and place it on the board.
  6. Arrange chicken (if not a vegetarian), sliced cucumber, carrot, onion, and chili in the center of the roti in a lineup position.
  7. Then, in the middle, roll up with the salad ingredients.
  8. Wrap it with a greaseproof paper or lunch paper to hold it.
  9. Repeat this process for the remaining egg rolls.
